1Do I need a referral to make a Physiotherapy appointment?
Only for work cover claims, DVA, EPC (Medicare) or a 3rd party claim.
2What if there are no suitable appointment times showing online?
If you need an appointment outside what is available please SMS or phone to try to arrange a suitable time (0407 158 429).
3How long do consultations last?
Consultation times vary from 45 to 60 minutes.
4Do I need to bring anything or wear anything in particular?
For neck or upper body problems you may need to remove your shirt. For back or lower body problems you may need to remove your trousers.
5Can I claim on my health fund?
It is always best to check with your insurer. Please bring your health fund card to use HICAPs.
6What are the opening hours?
Opening times vary, the earliest appointment available is 6:45 am and the latest 8:00pm.
7What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Use the link from your booking confirmation email to cancel online. Alternately, you can SMS 0407 158 429. NB 24 hour notice is needed or appointment fee may still be payable.
